All paid assets are governed by a Proprietary License and may only be utilized on maps that are uploaded to your account. These assets are strictly prohibited from being given, transferred, or sold to anyone, including staff members within your community or team members on your project. While you have the freedom to modify the assets as necessary for your own maps, you are not permitted to sell or distribute any portion of the asset's code.

If you possess a commercial license, you are permitted to upload the asset directly to a map that's not stored on your account. However, sharing the asset files or any of its components directly with the end user is strictly prohibited. Additionally, you must clearly inform the end user that they are not allowed to extract, redistribute, or use the asset in other contexts.

You may also upload the assets to a collaborative work context (for example: a unity project that be accessed by other team members using version control)

If you want to include one of my assets as part of a world prefab, please contact me first to get permission. My prefabs can not be included as part of free worlds/prefabs.

Failure to report known instances of end-user redistribution may result in the revocation of your license.

You are permitted to create and distribute tools, assets, or scripts that depend on or integrate with my assets, including in public or commercial projects, provided that:

• You do not include any of this asset’s files (code, prefabs, shaders, etc.) in your distribution.
• You provide attribution to me and a link to get the base asset.
• You make it clear that the end user must obtain this asset separately for it to function.

The assets are provided "as is" without any warranties. I cannot be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the assets. While support is not guaranteed, I will do my best to assist you.

Please note that the assets require a minimum understanding of Unity's editor and UI for installation and modification. Any support given will be strictly about the asset itself and not unity, if you got unrelated errors that are preventing you from correctly using the assets I can't guarantee that I will be able to help.

For all inquiries and support-related matters, please utilize My Discord Server as the sole official channel of communication. Do not DM me or send me friend requests on discord or other social media asking for support. Support is only given to verified customers that bought my assets, if you bought a prefab/world that utilizes my assets the creator you bought it from is the one in charge of assisting you.

Displaying my assets in streams, videos, social media posts, etc., is acceptable, with the condition that proper credit is given.

Reviews should reflect the downloaded assets functionality and should not be based on external factors, reviews may be marked as "troll" and be subject to license termination if they:

• Reference problems or lack of compatibility with other assets more than the one being reviewed.
• Reference problems with myself or communities/individuals I work or worked for.
• Reference lack of support without having previously gone through the steps detailed on my discord server to get help.

Due to the nature of digital assets, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. However, there are opportunities to test the assets in designated maps before making a purchase to ensure they meet your requirements.

Chargebacks attempts will result on instant license termination and blacklisting from my store.

Any breach of this agreement may result in immediate termination of your license without refund or warning and removal of access to the asset, updates or support.

Your access may also be revoked if you get banned from my discord server by breaking its rules.
